Bouchon

I spent Independence Day with my American friends and a couple of Canadians. Today was our Lyon Food Tour day and it didn't disappoint. The guide was lovely and considered options for vegetarians (not easy in Lyon).
The guide also showed us through some traboules and to see a silk-worker weaving in his store.
The evening was spent eating (again) at a Vietnamese restaurant organised through friends of friends. It's a small world.
