Hard to tell

It’s always hard to tell the difference between the Willow warbler and a chiffchaff ,I know I say that every time but it does not get any easier.From some angles the wings look short in others longer.The same with the legs definitely looking lighter in most of the photos so I’m going for Willow Warbler.If only it would sing when I could see it.
A better day than expected and hot.Felt strange walking outside and feeling hot.A few rain showers especially in the morning.
Richard and Ronnie came round before going for lunch at IV10.
Popped out to get some eggs from Cromarty and had a look in the craft and pottery shop.Bought a couple of little pottery birds and a dolphin.
The tide was in, so plenty of birds at udale bay ( lots of cars too and only got a place when a car left as we drove up ).Canada geese everywhere and lots of gulls.
Still warm tonight but the winds picked up so a nice breeze.
