My dad used to grow these for my mum and Mr C grows them for me. After a slow start and a lot of care 5hey are now coming on. I love the delicate scent and soft colours.

I had another physio appointment and she insists I don’t need a scan, as the symptoms I have are common and indicate a nerve problem that will eventually go. She’s happy for me to take the drugs as long as it takes. I’m trying to cut down on the oramorph though.

Meanwhile the doc who filled in the form for DVLA declaring Mr C fit drive a big vehicle has been returned as it’s not correct. It has to be sent back within 14 days or he’ll lose his licence. Whether he can get a doc appointment in the time is debatable.

Another worry is a friend phoned to say she’s getting results of a scan. She has been increasingly vague and forgetful and she tells me she has been worse since som3 friends called on her wearing scary masks. So now she is hallucinating too. She says her husband has to cook the meals now as she can’t cope. It’s such a shame, but I don’t think it’s going to be good news.

And we have a dangerous buffoon for PM elected by 0.02 of the population. it’s hard to be optimistic about that.
