What Is This World Coming To?

I spent most of today inside, but when I was outside it was hot! The thing is, I like it being hot and like to think I could get used to this... ah but, the other thing is, I probably am going to have to get used to this more often... and then colder, then windier, then rainier, then hotter... while it might seem positive in the short term, there's always a disaster waiting around the corner.

But it is hard to think anything other than, this is lovely, where's my G&T?

Aye, what is this world coming to? Oh right, you thought the title was about today's other events... I think we know where that's going. 

I do like thistles though... and metaphors.
