Tiny Tuesday ....

.... first monarch release.

I was quite surprised when I went out to the sunroom this morning and found our first monarch cat had eclosed (emerged) and was now this beautiful butterfly.  

On close inspection I could see that she was a female .... and I immediately knew who I wanted to release her in memory of.  I sent a text to B to see if this was okay and we had a nice long, lovely text conversation. 

So .... after Richard got home from work we released our beautiful monarch butterfly in honor of the equally beautiful (and very, very missed) Raspberry.  ♥ xoxo ♥

We have several more monarch cats waiting in the wings (pun not intended!) so if there is a loved one you wish us to release a butterfly in memory of .... please let me know.  This could be anyone from one leg to four .... animal or human!
