Leftover Carnitas

Carnitas in zucchini noodles, blistered shishito peppers, and the rest of last night’s malbec.

I just got a spiralizer (with finding new ways to deal with the masses of squash and cucumbers the CSA sends in mind), and I must say I approve of zucchini noodles.
