On the way to work

Another foggy morning; in the gully.

My ride to work ends with a brief ride on Domain Drive to the back exit (in my case entrance) of the Auckland Hospital site. The sun was rising from behind the high point in the Auckland Domain, with trees in front. Made an appealing image.

A bit further on from where I took the photo, a group of the domain geese were on the road in front of me, with a car coming the other way. The geese failed to move, expecting me to move for them. An apt description of how the day at work went.

Silly gooses who wanted me to solve their problems. (Writing this has instantly made me feel better, and I will cheerfully enjoy daughter C's birthday now.)
