Wednesday

Some lavender in the hospital grounds. 
Up this morning to see a psych nurse. It was a real struggle to get out the house. 
Talked and cried for 40mins. It's all about what's happening now, not the past. 
She advised me to go and get the diazepam from the chemist, take one and sleep. 
That is exactly what I did. I escaped my head and the world for 2hrs.
