If you're going to Oxford

Avoid the A40 Coming in from London. Traffic was bad again so we avoided it. It was a nice easy (for C) drive home. Having seen Steph my back physio who marvelled at how much stronger my legs are. Back is still painful but was OK when I walked. I'm sure it's muscular pain.

S and C are concerned about an elbow injury that hasn't healed - it weeps and is a bit messy. Both think I need antibiotics. Dr's next!
