Perfect shot

I’m happy to cut off anyone’s head in a photo. Disgusting hot weather and sitting at my desk all day saw my body starting to swell from the toes up, it’s reached my knees so far. And as much as I love the lido and walking my dog, the thought of a heated swimming pool today and tramping round a hot hot field was not pleasant, another sea swim for us both. Beach packed and sea weirdly warm but better than nothing.

Now looking forward to a proper exciting few Tour de France final days. Oh, and the weekend, obvs.
