Up again at the hospital this morning, another chat with a psych nurse. Another helpful chat. 

Then along to Mum's to see Lewis . When I got there he wanted to go for coffee and cake! We went to a local cafe where he got a bit silly with his glasses and anything else he could grab  a hold of. Good fun. 

Tomorrow it is his nursery graduation and I am invited . I really want to go , for Lewis, but it is giving me much anxiety. Mainly about the noise, lots of people and how I will I generally feel. The nurse gave me a few tips on how to cope and said at anytime I could phone them for support. I am hoping I wake up not too low tomorrow.
