Bush Clematis

As the temperatures headed  skywards, it probably wasn't a good idea to head to a National Trust property for the day, but never the less, that's what I did. 

It's almost a year since I last visited Cliveden, and then I was caught in  heavy and much needed down pour of rain.  Today there wasn't even a cloud in the sky, so I kept more to the woodland ares, and saw parts of the estate I have never visited before.

Back in more familiar (and exposed) land, I found this wonderful Clematis bush growing in the borders next to the hotel spa (off limits to us mere mortals).  I thought it might just qualify for Tiny Tuesday
