Tobago, King George Fort....

Our last stop for the holiday and it is the island of Tobago, and we left the best island for the last, wonderful scenery and locations, this was just one of them, it is King George Fort, built in 1770, over looking Scarborough the capital of Tobago.
Mrs BM can be seen here climbing over the Canon to here the driver and his interpretation of the scene. The canons were still in very good condition after all these years with GR clearly visible.
Tobago was named after the Indian name for tobacco. We again had a wonderful taxi driver who took us around the areas that the tour guide bus would not have gone, we even saw Harrison Fords House here on the island.
Here are some local birds that can be seen here on the island.

I won?t blip tomorrow but will catch up on Wednesday, see you all soon.
