Milk Tray #2

A challenging end to the week for the girls. Tempers frayed, cracks turned into chasms and for the rest apathy reigned. 
As instructors it was an incredibly frustrating day as we watched capable, bright young women ignore the lessons and successes they've had this week and  when faced with something challenging simply - give up and fail. 
There'll be learning, perhaps not now but in time there will be. And theres been some real success and breakthrough through the week. Lots to reflect on for all of us.

I shared this quote with them midway through the week and it seems perfect. 

It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default.The knowledge that you have emerged wiser and stronger from setbacks means that you are, ever after, secure in your ability to survive.
