Freeze Frame Moment

Today was so unlike yesterday.....no wonder it felt like summer and this little classsic number was out for it's annual New Years Day stroll!!

Old Years Night and New Years Day were so starkly different weatherwise....
This little Classic Car and our Modern equivalent were a similar stark contrast on the landscape!

GK and I were on a journey somewhat lengthier than Feebie was anticipating. I think it would have taken a day and a half to get to our destination, never mind the return, if we had opted to be her passengers.

For me, journeys are fascinating adventures whatever the mode of transport.

Ours today, took us to Chippenham and back in brilliant sunshine. Wonderful photo opportunities were to be had if only it had been permissible to park on the roadside and blip! Some views could only be committed to memory to be recalled at a later stage.

A quiet evening in as the temperatures plummeted. Some good food, good wine and good prospects for the year ahead! It can't be bad!

Have several blips to catch up on which will be done within the next few days and then all will be well with the world....hibernation over!!!

Think Feebie feels that too and enjoyed her run...even the hill she had just climbed so courageously!
