Visiting A and A

to collect some lovely fresh leaves for our evening meal together.

We are slowly getting a few gardening beds together at home in order to grow more of our own veggies. It’s a slow job although the ‘hazel raised bed’ made last weekend is ready to go after filling it with soil and loads of compost. There is something very satisfying about turning out a compost bin. Also there is a bin of chicken manure, it years since the last bantam died, we use a little each year.

Extra shows onions in Ann’s garden, they look amazing, what a woman.
