Beautiful Tapestry -good enough to eat

(must admit, I borrowed this pic from my sister’s recent text because I found it sooo intriguing.). It appears to be a wonderful tapestry. But look closely & you’ll discover row after row of fab cookies . . . Italian Wedding Cookies Table.
So altho this ‘sample’ table will NOT be created for next week’s event, I AM shipping 12 pounds of Nino’s best Trenton NJ’s wedding cookies overnite ( 2 rugelach -apricot & walnut, walnut crescents, and 2 almond paste cookies -with cherry or pignoli nuts).

Here’s the story: Marla, my Seattle sister, is a fabulous baker (makes 100 pounds of 20-odd cookies for Christmas gifts to friends), AND she & hubby Bob are gourmet cooks.
For Emily (niece) & Trevor’s wedding:
Friday rehearsal =Bob & Marla doing greek dinner for 90 (with some help from a greek restaurant). Saturday Wedding =full salmon dinner for same 90.
The couple asked for Marla’s famous ‘mixed fresh berry crisp’ and ice cream for dessert. They wanted her crisp, not cake!!
Best Wishes for a Happy Wedding weekend everyone !!!
