New nesting boxes and ....

..... benches!
I haven't been walking ( strolling) around the Sanderstead pond for a while now. I was so surprised to see it all clean , fresh and with new nesting boxes and benches . So refreshing to see near the main road too. Notices informing people Not to Feed the Birds! At the moment it's worked , for how long tho'? It was great to see the water fowl fishing for food , the natural way for them.
We had another brilliant sermon today , the same visiting clergy of several weeks ago.
It has been much cooler today , infact I needed a coat on. It looks as if it may rain again but we sure need it after that terrific heat of last week.

Appreciate ..... the surprise of The Rev coming to church this morning. He's in real pain bless him , good job he wasn't working this weekend .
