Down to the river

After a hot humid day (78% humidity) so it was good to go for a walk after dinner down to the river. Beautifully cool down there with a lovely breeze - wish we got it inside. Very overcast with just a hint of colour behind the clouds. A very nice aboriginal family was fishing on the jetty - grandad, dad and a young boy and girl. The young girl caught a Moses Perch while we were there but had to throw it back in as it was under size. Then the dad nearly got an octopus in but it went under the jetty and escaped, unfortunately, as I was mentally planning on that being my blip. We had a chat for a while and then left them to their fishing.
