Tuesday

Terrible Tuesday. 

Holy Corner ; an area in Morningside where there are 4 churches in wach corner. It's a rather big corner so impossible to get the 4 in one shot. 

Decider Skills group again toduy. I had worked myself up before I went and was anxious. It was  a better one today in that the facilitators were better and easier skills. But I couldn't stop moving, I was so anxious, at one point the woman next to me put her hand on top of my shaking foot and asked if I was ok. 
I couldn't wait to get out of there after it, avoiding any conversation.
