Monday

I managed to save a few flowers from the big bunch and put them in a smaller vase. 
Not as sharp a shot as I would have liked but I am in a rush. 
No PT  tonight but he made us promise we would do something. We arranged to go along Cramond for a quick walk/run. But it's raining. 
Instead I'm just heading to my friends for  a  coffee and we'll do the PT tomorrow night.
