Helleborus Niger

This little plant reminds me of when my daughter was born on 1st December some years ago and my mother-in-law brought me a little posy of them.
This plant is an original one growing in this garden when we moved in 30 years ago. I always check on 1st Dec to see its progress, just as I do a reality check around my favourite girl. Both bring light and joy.
