Silhouette...

...for BlipCentral's Silhouette challenge. Tom was so sweet to agree to get up & come along with me this morning, although I should have set an alarm because we missed the actual sunrise. We went to a spot up on the bluffs that overlook Lake Michigan--about a minute's drive from our house--and I'd planned on using the bench as the silhouette, but didn't like how it looked when it was empty, so told asked Tom to go sit on it. After about 10 minutes he asked if he could move, & don't tell him I said this, but I'd sort of forgotten he was sitting there as I was trying to figure out what I needed to do with the camera. Haha. He's always a good sport!
We're having such a run of perfect weather this week--in the 70's with a great breeze and no humidity! I love it. Had to go to the eye Dr. this morning and thank goodness they didn't dilate my eyes or I'd have been useless for at least 5 hours. My eyes are really sensitive--I wear sunglasses even when it's foggy or overcast--and when they're dilated I can't look at any kind of light, even with the sunglasses on. I need new ones, which I already knew since things have been looking a bit blurry. Should be ready in about 10 days.   :))
