Tiredness & Travelling

So continuing from yesterday/today:
00:01 (08:01) Still over the Great Lakes but with the tail winds slightly ahead of schedule but beginning to get ‘fidgety’ and uncomfortable.
05:50 (1:50pm) Land at Heathrow 20 minutes early.
Both Clare and I then require additional security checks, apparently ‘some discrepancies’ between our passport photos and how we looked this morning - Passport photographs are five years old and we are both looking a little frayed after around seventeen hours of travelling so far.
Bus to the car park, van loaded and onwards, we managed around two hours before real tiredness set in.
Rock ‘n’ Roll bed unfolded and I was asleep before Clare got in!!
We eventually arrived home around 8:00pm, around midday US West Coast Time making the journey twenty-four hours long.
Sam was pleased to see us, Gussie a little indifferent!
