Still Adjusting

Both Clare and I are caught up in that strange feeling of being “out of synch” as we try to adjust back to U.K. time.

A walk gown town, more to stretch the legs more than anything else and we were just in time to see HMS Dragon leaving after a courtesy visit over the weekend.
Although not feeling particularly tired it was early to bed, Clare is working tomorrow
