Low tide

It was one of those lovely low tide mornings. Running at the surf line my run is considerably longer!

We had a productive morning at home preparing for our Festival visitors.

We walked along the beach at Musselburgh on the way to the food store. Intrepid youths were doing spectacular dives into the deep water at the harbour mouth.

We spent the early evening in the sunny garden listening to TMS from Edgbaston.
