Our house is a very, very, very fine house
With two cats in the yard

No cats - but as of today, it's ours; contracts have finally been exchanged.  Completion is pencilled in for 16th September.

This is a view from a ginnel that runs through from the High Street.  The house has now been wrapped in insulation (the grey stuff) and the builders are now applying the first coat of rendering to the outside.

We manage to sneak inside and chat to the electricians who are wiring up the inside, prior to the plasterers coming in on Monday. Then inside is really beginning to look good now.

The extra shows another odd house across the road from ours.  Adapting old buildings seems to be the thing to do here.
