Three Little Maids from the Mikado....

..... I don't think so judging by the flyers they are holding. They certainly added a touch of class to the Royal Mile.

L and I had planned to go to Edinburgh today just to take in the sights and sounds of the Fringe. 

We had a lovely Blipmeet with Pleach beginning with coffee and chat ....  then more chat as we walked down to the Botanic Gardens and then more chat as we wandered across the beautifully manicured lawns in search of the water lilies. 

It was very warm and Edinburgh was incredibly busy as the tourists flock to the city for the Festival and Fringe.
