Small White Butterfly

This morning I went bowling. We have an annual competition for a shield which F has won every year except one when he came second.

I'd said that I wouldn't take part this year as I've missed all but two sessions and I'm not very good either. Unfortunately F's partner isn't well enough to play so I've been asked to step into the breach. Poor F -  having me as a partner is as effective as tying his legs together!!

It was Round 1 today and we won thanks almost entirely to F. We'll see what future rounds bring! 

We went for a walk this afternoon but it was uncomfortably hot. When I got home there were butterflies on my verbena so here is a Small White.
