Food and Drink Festival

FRIDAY

St George's Square was busy at lunchtime as it's day two (of four) of the ever popular Huddersfield Food and Drink Festival. I tried the sesame chicken served by these Thai women.

I passed through the square again at the end of the day and stopped to listen to the band on the main stage.

I couldn't help but add the polar bear as an extra as it's not every day you come across them in John William Street - although it's a year ago this week that the Huddersfield bear and horse massacre took place on the very same spot.
