Saturday

I only managed a 20minute walk round the Botanics this afternoon. Was disappointed in myself as I was looking forward to doing it. 
When I talked to one of the nurses yesterday we made a plan for today as I wasn't going up to the hospital. 
Came home and slept for hours.
