Looked after ponies and rabbits for the day - Susan away. Gorgeous day. HRT is wonderful , never thought I’d opt for it but I feel like my old self for the first time in..... well too long . It’s good for my long term heart health and flipping marvellous for my mental health ! And my poor husband !!
Dinner at Oonagh’s , drinks in the sunshine in the patio and fine food and company . Life’s good.
