Dundee day

We headed to the V&A Dundee in what looked likely to be inclement weather. The walk round the outside was done in drizzle but it didn’t stop the photos :-)
Then we met up with a friend of mine and his wife. Bill and I first ‘met’ through Bob Harris’s Whisperers website well over 20 years ago and along with a few others created a Tapecircle where we would send each other cassettes (yep that’s how long ago it was!!) That of course tailed off as years went on but nowadays we keep in touch via Facebook. A couple of weeks ago Bill was down in Whitely Bay meeting up with one of the other members, occasional catch up for the others based in London and the rest is internet based chat. However he and his wife met us at the Gallery and then we headed out dis lovely lunch and catch up (must be at least 15 years since met in person)
By the time we headed out of Discovery point it was fine so we headed for a walk around St Andrews. Fabulous and gloriously sunny. The highlight of the day however was the V&A
