Day 13 Benbecula to S Harris

A wonderful morning, lots of sunshine to show off all the beaches of North Uist. Cycling was a bit more demanding than I thought, with lots of ups and downs. It was really hot when we arrived at the Berneray Ferry to take us over to Leverburgh on South Harris.
It clouded over a bit, but stayed dry for the last 18 km cycling around Scarista Bay to our B&B in Horgabost. We had dinner at the excellent Machair Kitchen, followed by plenty of time to enjoy the vistas of the rocks and beach as the sun went down.
