A snip

Some local English friends, C&F,  are selling their house in Sablieres. Like us, they found three houses was a bit greedy.
A bit of a shock for them when they returned here in May after a bit of a nightmare journey to find their handy-man, having been kicked out by his partner, had moved in. Not only moved in but had piles of general stuff all around the interior and exterior of the house. It was likened to a scene from Steptoe and Son for those of a suitable vintage.
They are coming down again soon and asked me to check the coast was clear. As you can see, no scrap metal around the place.
A snip - at least in English terms - at 150,000 euros for four bedrooms in a reasonable state with stunning views. All the details here!
