Derby Day

One of the first things my daughter asked me this was morning was why Dunfermline fans talk about games with Raith Rovers (our Fife neighbours) so much. A discussion about local rivalries and derby matches proceeded and she told me she was looking forward to it.

The match wasn't great, but the result was. A great headed winner from Andy Geggan right in front of our stand with twenty minutes to go clinched the (well needed) three points.

Was lovely to spend some time with my daughter and our friends. I hope the club survives its current financial problems so that there are plenty more derbies for us (and my wee boy) to go along to.
