On Top of the Wold

A days picking-up at spot I have been lucky enough to have shot as a guest twice before. With the two younger dogs being in season, it left me with just one dog to handle, I thought there would be some chance to snap a blip or two! The weather had other ideas! the rain came as forecast and stopped as forecast but mist and fret remained lifting slightly as dusk fell.
All round it was a good day, some good retrieves, a happy team of guns! Now at home Miller done, dinner eaten wine drunk and bed is calling. A happy man wishes you all goodnight ;¬)
