Through a hedge backwards?

That's usually what any hairdresser says to me when I'm trying to describe the new Do I want.

My hair grows really fast and before I know it, it's down my back again.

It's time for a chop.

I'm letting it do its own thing colour-wise and I'm particularly enjoying a grey streak that's appearing at the front.

But they're right, the hairdressers. It doesn't matter what they do to it, or me for that matter, I ALWAYS look like I've been dragged through a hedge, backwards.
