Post Dentist !

A root canal filling yesterday afternoon that left me reeling into the Playhouse bar for cake and a large scotch!.  I took an extra dose of pre- gabalin, so I slept. This morning eating banana was tedious. I went off to the market to get food organised. Organic Rob very helpfully reminded me that dentistry is hugely disruptive of the Cranial System,  especially something as brutal as a root canal filling, so I bought myself a big bunch of lilies and tottered home to take rescue remedy and arnica.
