A gift from Dolly

This lovely handmade glass Rainbow Bridge arrived last week in the post. It was handmade in Northern Ireland. I was gifted to us by our dear friend Dolly from New Castle Upon Tyne, UK., who has visited us twice and loved Raspberry. She had it specially made for us after the devastating loss of Raspberry. You can see her in this photo last October patting Raspberry as my great niece and sister-in-law were here as well. It is a lovely and meaningful memory for us and we love it and especially our friend Dolly. She will be visiting us again in November, we met through the wonder of blip and have become real as well as virtual friends. 

I intended to blip this last week, but to trying to arrange a visit to see Merry in Connecticut and the excitement of bringing her home delayed this post. Merry is tucked away in her secret spot, napping and unavailable for photos at the moment!
