Skate day

I have been waiting for a dry day since Christmas to go skating with my not so little girl. I decided today that it's probably not going to be dry any day soon so best just get on with it. We managed about 20 minutes on this wet path you see in the picture.

We both got roller skates for Christmas. My excuse was, that my daughter will need someone to skate with. The truth is, that when we started shopping for them I remembered how much fun I used to have as a child skating and i wanted a pair. The ones I got for Christmas are very similar to the ones I had as a child which is kind of sweet.

It's still great fun and I'm actually not too bad at it.
