Mr. Potato Head

This is our favorite street vendor. They make fresh french fries, potato chips, and spiral cut potatoes on a stick. The guy has a special little tool that he uses to cut the potato into a spiral, then he "screws" it onto a stick and deep fries it.
At the side of the cart are bags of big, beautiful potatoes waiting to be fried, and a motorcycle is parked nearby with two more bags.
