In the Bay

We drove up to York this morning. Immy is doing an internship in the University over the summer (between 2nd and 3rd years at Uni) but she is only working 4 days a week so had today off.

We’d temporarily insured her to drive the Car so we set off with her behind the wheel in the direction of Whitby. We stopped on the way at Goathland and had a lovely walk up on the North York Moors. It was beautiful and peaceful (see extra).

We then headed into Whitby where we’ve rented a cottage for a couple of nights. We had a walk into town and back (grabbed a blip) before Immy’s boyfriend joined us (his internship has him working a 5 day week). We cooked dinner and chatted till late, lovely to spend a bit of time together.
