Dodging the rain!

We needed to go into town this morning. So off we went. Once the errands done we decided to walk to the far end for a bit of exercise dropping into the charity shops on the way. I found a lovely floor puzzle for the girls.

It was nearly lunch time when we arrived at the far end so it was decided to stop for lunch at the Olympus. I saw Ro eyeing a wonderful display of ice-cream!

We had a window seat: a prime position to watch the rain? It poured! And then again poured..... we took one look at it and ordered ice-cream after our fish!! It was excellent !

Finally the sky cleared a bit and the sun tried to get through! We hurried back to the car! On the way home it again poured!

A friend has some family photos she wants me to scan and composite. Not quite sure! She’s coming soon! So we’ll have fun doing it together!
