Beginning to birdwatch

Today my son and I took 2 year old I out for the day giving her mum chance to do some housework.

This morning we went to the Natural History Museum at Tring. She loved looking at the many exhibits (extra photo). There were so many that we didn’t see them all but she enjoyed doing the dinosaur colouring activity.

After a picnic and walk in Tring Park we went to College Lake where we got caught in a heavy downpour but ice creams in the cafe made up for it.

We had a little walk around and she had a go at using her daddy’s binoculars to look at the birds. (Main blip).

It’s certainly a place to return to when the weather is better.
