Home comforts

Andy was due to play golf today but because of high winds he decided to cancel it and stay in and bake a cake! Here is his marmalade cake. It’s only the second cake he has ever baked. The first was a lemon drizzle cake he made last week.

I had a slice of his marmalade cake accompanied by vanilla ice cream for my dessert this evening - just the thing to bring a bit of comfort on a windswept day. Thankfully the wind is now easing. Wishing you all well.
