Highland Ferry
This is the little car ferry that takes people across the Cromarty Firth from Cromarty to Nigg. A handy ferry as it cuts out some of the journey up the A9.It’s a crossing that has been made for centuries as Pilgrims made their way to chapel of St Duthac in Tain.
Not much rain today but overcast. Took the car out for the usual run to Cromarty. Had An icecream watching the Ferry travelling to and fro Kayaks were out and about too.
Lots of Canada geese and a Gossander with three young at Udale bay.
A tall ship sailed past the Point on a very calm sea.
Felt tired and had an early night as was struggling to stay awake watching ‘Who do you think you are .’
