Thank goodness

...we cut the Banksia rose on Tuesday. M. Lafitte arrived with his little tanker to deliver heating oil. He hates to scratch the top of his lorry. Unbelievably this tank holds 2000 litres, although it looks way too small. Anthing larger would not be able to get up our steep drive without grounding.

I'm spending the day in bed trying to shake off a filthy cold so I took the photo on an iPhone into the sun from the bedroom window. Awful photo I know, but it's healing to see the sun's rays.
