Delicious?

Deep down in this little pile of joy is some haddock chosen by Mrs UE as a food she would like me to cook for her. Sadly it is smothered in Chorizo which is what I wanted to cook for her. Strangely she liked it and so did I.... but I suspect she just liked having something cooked for her!
