Mono Monday: Melange

We've enjoyed an absolutely brilliantly hilarious French silent farce: "Fishbowl", retro British radio sketch comedy: "Radioactive" (with Angus Deaton et al) and a musical about musicals: "I wish my life was more like a musical".  Most definitely a melange of the Edinburgh Fringe possibilities after yesterday's stand up show.

Its also been dry all day, so the street performers have been doing their thing and boy are they good.

This shot of the University's Law School  features Oor Wullie as Sherlock Holmes.  The contrast between the strong right angles of the buildings and  the curve of the shadows; the formality of the setting and the informality of the cartoon character, all seemed to qualify for today's Mono Monday challenge "Melange".
